The Wayden interim manager was assigned on redefining the strategic investment orientations in research and development  for an innovative aeronautical  company. The rapidly growing company suddenly saw its’ profitablity reduced as a result of major investments in complex technical fields.
The Wayden interim manager rapidly assessed the context and listed strenghts,  weaknesses and threats. Subsequently he advised the Board and gave his recommendations for corrective actions to be implemented for immediate, yet long term based result improvement.
